This is our 1997 Four Winns Horizon QX. It is a 17 foot boat with a 4.3L Volvo Penta SX engine. We have owned it since 2000 and purchased it from the original owner in Portland. Open bow, the hull of design of this boat is exceptional, handles chop well and also is quick to plane with the 4.3 engine.
Interior is original and in excellent condition. Seating for 6 in the rear and additional up front. The seats lay flat for lounging as well as the rear seats can be elevated for an additional sun deck (pictures later on).
Original instrument panel, includes a Hummingbird fish finder and an alpine stereo.

View looking backward from the mid boat. Note the JBL speakers. Note, the carpet is stretched out from 14 years of service, but it's SNAPPED in, not glued so it can easily be replaced, see the next caption for more information.
Walk through windscreen closes to protect passengers when cruising. The only cosmetic blemish is the carpet, which I installed with snaps in 2000 (yes, it's 14 years old and in pretty good shape) BUT, if I were keeping it, I would purchase new carpet and follow the original snap positions as guides. 2 hour project and new carpet. The original boat was uncarpeted, but looked like a giant bathtub so we immediately installed the carpet.

New tires on the trailer as of last year, plenty of tread left (80% or more).
Original engine (note this model did not include a timer). We have put very low hours on it, I would guess 20 hours a year, so I would think it has less than 300 hours total. I have replaced the fuel pump, the water pump, as well as the impeller. Oil/filter and winterization annually. Rest of the engine is original. Always ran on ethanol-free fuel with stabilizer. Fired right up again this season with no issues.

New battery in 2012, it lives on a tender while in storage during the winter. The boat is also stored inside while not in use.
Includes the original canvas (yes that's original). I'd give them a B+, needs a stitch and a snap here and there, but they continue to function dependably. It also comes with the original bimini top (probably didn't spell that right). We have used it maybe twice in 14 years.
